As some of you may be aware, there has been an ongoing campaign of bullying and harassment against the surgery, its staff and Dr. Balachandra in particular over the past several years.
Various spurious allegations regarding record keeping put forth by the NHS and the General Dental Council in 2023 were swiftly overturned by the High Court in a landmark ruling in January of this year.
Since then, the practice has continued to deliver on its mission to provide the very best dental care to the community. While the majority of allegations were appealed and overturned by the High Court, a few issues remain outstanding regarding correspondence, and Dr. Balachandra is cooperating with the GDC to rectify these matters.
Distressingly, Dr. Manori Balachandra has also recently become the target of a spiteful attack, encouraging patients to financially harm the practice. Please ignore any unwarranted, unsolicited "advice" of this kind.
We sincerely apologize for any delays that may have occurred due to the NHS decision to severely delay reimbursement payments for services. We encourage any patients with questions or concerns to contact the practice directly by phone or email so that your issue and course of treatment can be promptly resolved.
